Andrew is an eight year old boy in Primary 1 grade level. He has two siblings, one brother and one sister. He lives with his parents about 15 miles from Kamuli, along the Kamuli-Jinja road. They are market vendors, but hardly make enough money for the family to live on. He and his family are Christians, and regularly participate in their church activities.

His hobby is playing soccer. At home he helps the family by farming, fetching water, and washing utensils.
